Shimli is a platform to build and run AI agents inside a company's operation. An AI agent is a program that understands the context of a conversation, queries the institution’s systems, decides within the policies defined for it and carries the task through to the end. It is built by Sheilim LLC, headquartered in Miami.
A chatbot replies from a script: it recognizes an intent and returns text written in advance. An AI agent understands context, analyzes information, executes tasks in the institution’s systems and escalates to a person when needed. A chatbot replies; an agent resolves.
One plan at $139 a month with every feature on the platform: there are no editions or tiers. It includes 3 human seats and 1 admin, 1 Flow Builder, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and web connection, and unlimited WhatsApp templates. Added separately: an extra instance at $59 a month, an extra Flow Builder at $19, an extra human seat at $9, and AI usage at $49 per 2,450 queries. You can create the account and get into the platform yourself.
No coding is needed. The agent is created by talking to an AI assistant: you tell it what you want it to do, the assistant analyses it and builds it for you. Then you can adjust it by hand in the Flow Builder, with no code, and define what it can do, what it cannot and when it hands the case to a person.
The same agent serves on WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, Facebook, web, Telegram, SMS and email, with the same context, the same rules and the same customer history. There is no need to build one agent per channel.

Creating the account and getting started takes minutes, not weeks: setup is self-serve and you create the account yourself. For an implementation with integrations, the usual path is three steps: a 30-minute discovery to frame the use case and the metrics, a pilot on a real process, and progressive connection via API.
It integrates on top of what already exists, without replacing it. Internal systems connect over API: the CRM, the databases and the core, the central system where the operation lives. As channels it connects WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, Facebook, web, Telegram, SMS and email. The WhatsApp connection is official: Shimli is a Meta Business Partner. You can start with a contained pilot and connect the rest progressively.
The agent never decides out of bounds: it operates under the policies, rules and guardrails the institution defines, and the final decision can still be human. Data travels and is stored encrypted, each client operates on an isolated space, and only stable, tested models run in production: no agent runs on an experimental version. There is full traceability, access control and activity logging.
Shimli operates with 160 active clients across 15 countries in the region. Headquarters are in Miami, United States, and that is the entity you contract with; the engineering and operations team is in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and regional operations are in Medellín, Colombia.
