Scope

These terms apply to browsing shimliapp.com and using the AI assistant. They do not govern provision of the Shimli platform: use of an account, including the free trial, is governed by the agreement applicable to that account or by the contract signed with the institution. In case of conflict, that agreement or contract prevails.

The site is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

About the AI assistant

• The site assistant is an artificial intelligence agent, not a person, and presents itself as such.
• Its answers are indicative and may contain errors. They do not constitute legal, financial or contractual advice.
• No figure, timeline or condition mentioned in conversation binds Sheilim LLC until it appears in a signed proposal.
• Do not share third-party personal data, credentials or your institution's confidential information with the assistant.

Acceptable use

By using this site you agree not to:

• Attempt to breach, overload or disrupt the service.
• Scrape content automatically beyond what robots.txt permits.
• Impersonate others or submit false information in the contact form.
• Use the assistant to generate unlawful or harmful content.

Intellectual property

The Shimli brand, the FusionAI engine, the software, the site design and its contents are the property of Sheilim LLC. You may quote excerpts with attribution and a link; you may not reproduce the site or its components commercially without written permission.

Third-party trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners and appear for identification purposes only.

About the published figures

The results we cite — including $2.5M recovered in receivables and $31M in payment promises managed during 2025, and a 7-to-1 return — come from real client operations of Sheilim LLC. They are historical figures and do not constitute a promise of results: performance depends on each institution's portfolio, policies and operation. We can substantiate these figures during the commercial process.

Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services, including platform access at shimli.app and documentation at docs.shimli.app. We are not responsible for the content or policies of sites we do not operate.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sheilim LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or the assistant. Nothing here limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date in the header indicates the version in force, and material changes are published on this page before taking effect. Continuing to use the site after that date means accepting them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights granted to the user by the regulations of their country of residence.
